Clinical Supervision

 

As a play therapist, both my theoretical knowledge and practical experience clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of play and creative activities for accessing emotional responses and sub-conscious material. Supervision sessions will reflect this in offering creative activities alongside verbal discussion of client sessions, their process and the play therapist's process.

 

Supervision is offered to trainee and experienced play therapists within the guideline requirements of the ethical framework and clinical governance of PTUK:

1 hour per every 6 sessions, or fortnightly for trainees

​

90 minutes per month for qualified practitioners
