Using the van:

Gas and electricity are connected. The electricity is metered and billed to us, so you will not need to worry about it!

Gas is by bottle at the rear of the van. We try to keep two bottles full, so if one

runs out while you are there, please ask

reception to supply a new bottle.

Try not to overload the system by having both fires on and then the kettle/toaster. If the fuse does trip, reception will get someone to you who will sort it cheerfully.

In emergency ring reception or Jenny or Martin for help and info.

Water is also on. Fridge freezer is left on during the season.

Two oil-filled radiotors are there for your use as well as the gas fire.

Please avoid using outside footwear in the van as much as possible.

We hope the van is clean and tidy when you arrive and likewise when you leave!

If there are problems, let us know. We do not have any local cleaning arrangements at present, so rely on each occupant clearing up for the next one.

We try to keep a stock of very basic items like salt, pepper, oil etc, but do not leave any perishables in the fridge.

We have decided on a no pets policy in the van itself, but dogs are allowed on site and can be tethered on the grass outside or in the kennel on the verandah. Our dog sleeps in the boot of the car!

We do not let the van commercially, so only friends and family make use of it. We hope you will feel at home in our little Space and feel free to feedback comments on how we can improve the experience.

Directions:

Dinas Dinlle is on the Caernarfon to Pwllheli road (A499).

The best road to use to the site is the one with a brown signpost marked with a sancastle as well as a sign to Caernarfon airport and air museum. This road is almost opposite the entrance

to Glynllifon Country Park.
